1. Data We Collect

  • Email address and name (account registration)
  • Resume files you upload for scoring
  • Job descriptions you submit for analysis
  • Usage statistics (number of scores, API calls)

2. Resume Files

Resume files are processed in memory only and are immediately deleted after analysis. We do not store, cache, or retain the contents of your uploaded resumes. The extracted text is used solely to generate your match score and recommendations, then discarded.

3. How We Use Data

  • To provide and improve the scoring service
  • To manage your account and usage limits
  • To communicate about service updates (with your consent)
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API keys are stored hashed and cannot be retrieved in plain text.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (when enabled). Stripe handles your payment data — we never see or store credit card details.

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Withdraw consent for communications
